My name is Jamie Harrison and my goal is to help people just like you better themselves and improve their lifestyle using health and fitness as the foundation.
My fitness journey began in the form of sport, quickly progressing into the gym environment seeking sports performance benefits at the age of 14/15. It was at this time I caught the bug, fixated on the physiological adaptions that came through weight lifting and the educational material surrounding health, fitness and physique transformation. Since then I’ve pursued a career in the fitness industry whilst competing in bodybuilding competitively.
It was through this journey I came to realise the power of training. You learn a lot about yourself through pushing your limits and you inherently become a better version if you when you’re exercising discipline, challenging yourself daily, eating well and most of all…being CONSISTENT!
